Sarah began teaching privately in 2021 and works as a freelance musician for various events. She also plays regularly in different ensembles such as church orchestras, Dekalb Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Pops Orchestra, and the Atlanta International Symphony Orchestra.
Teaching Philosophy:
Sarah values professionalism, attention to detail, accountability, and, most importantly, fostering a genuine passion and joy for learning music. She tailors her lessons to each student’s level and playing style, incorporating their preferred music and genres when possible. Lessons begin with technical development and ear training but may also include music reading, theory, and performance skills depending on the student’s needs. Above all, Sarah aims to create a lesson space where students can explore their musicality and truly enjoy making music!
