Return & Refund Policy for Online Purchases

Returns Happen! We are happy to accommodate returns for products that are damaged in shipping or if you just changed your mind. We encourage customers to research online products before purchasing. You may also call or text us with questions about products before purchasing to avoid any misconceptions about our products.

DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT: If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately (within 3 calendar days) via email ( or via text at 770-425-2560. Your message should include photos of the damaged product and shipping materials. We will review the photos and determine if the product should be returned. If so, we will provide a return label and determine if you would like a refund or replacement product (if available). Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be processed based on the Refund policy below.

CHANGED MY MIND: If you receive your product and determine that you no longer want it or have changed your mind, please notify us within 7 calendar days via email ( or via text at 770-425-2560. The product may be returned at the customer?s expense. If the product is received in the same condition and packaging that it was originally sent, we will provide a refund. If not, an appropriate evaluation will be completed and the eligible refund will be determined. Please note that new products that are not in original packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

REFUNDS: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us by email ( or via text at 770-425-2560 within the time frames specified above and you have to return the product, if requested, within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund based on the eligibility of the return (see above). The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way from usage, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
