Welcome to Jennings Music!

Our lessons are based on 4 lessons per calendar month. First month may be prorated if not starting at the beginning of the month. In the event of a 5th week, the teacher may determine if there will be an off-week or make it available for makeup lesson. Additional lessons can be purchase ala carte based teacher availability

If a student must miss a lesson:

- 24 Hour prior notice must be given to be eligible for a makeup lesson.

- Absences for non-emergency or social events such as parties do not qualify for makeup lessons.

- Students may only qualify for ONE (1) makeup lesson per month.

- In case of illness, the earliest possible notice is expected and must occur prior to the lesson. Eligibility for makeup lessons for illness will be left to the discretion of the instructor.

- Makeup lessons must be scheduled within sixty (60) days of the missed lesson or the makeup lesson will be lost.

- Makeup lessons may not be used to replace a regular scheduled weekly lesson (unless it is a 5th week of the month).

- All makeup lessons will expire on the date and time of the last schedule, paid lesson. Makeup lessons do not need to occur in the same month that the absence occurred. However, it is the responsibility of the student to request the makeup lessons within the specified time frame.

- Instructors will work with the student to schedule the makeup lesson at a mutually acceptable time or on a 5th week of a month as stated in the tuition fees.

- There are no refunds for unused makeup lessons.

Cancellation:

To cancel recurring lessons,

- Cancellation of lessons must occur in writing or via email (lessons@jenningsmusic.com) or text (770-425-2560).

- Cancellation of lessons must be received prior to the end of the preceding month of cancellation.

- Cancellation of lessons received on the first of the month and prior to the first lesson, 2 week notice is required and the account will be charged 2 lessons.

- Cancellation of lessons received after the first lesson of the month, 2 week notice is required and the account will be charged 2 additional lessons more than already taken.

- Students are welcome to receive the lessons that are paid for during the cancellation period. All makeups will need to be completed before the last lesson and are subject to teacher availability.
