Education
Nancy DeLong has a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education from the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, NY and a Master of Music Degree in Music Education from Ithaca College in Ithaca,NY. .

Experience
Nancy has performed in many professional symphony orchestras, concert bands, jazz ensembles, brass ensembles and pit orchestras for musicals She has over 25 years of teaching experience from beginning to collegiate levels on Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba. Nancy has over 25 years experience from beginning to high school levels on Clarinet and Saxophone. Her students have consistently achieved high scores at music festivals and have been accepted to Honor Band, All-State, GYSO Jazz Ensemble and Orchestra.

While in New York State Nancy served as a New York State School of Music Association All-State Adjudicator for Brass Solos and Ensembles. Nancy has studied Trombone and Euphonium pedagogy with Tyrone Breuninger, Associate Principal Trombone with the Philadelphia Orchestra. Nancy has also taken extensive graduate studies on Clarinet and Saxophone.
