Josh Inglis
Education:
Josh Inglis is a Graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Jazz Studies and Music Education. During his time at KSU, Josh has consistently made the Dean's List for the College of the Arts. From Marietta, Georgia, Josh is a Baritone Saxophone player and arranger who’s genres of music vary between Jazz, Classical, R&B, Rock, Latin and Funk. Along with Baritone Saxophone, Josh also plays Tenor Saxophone and Alto Saxophone on a consistent basis.
Experience:
Josh is currently the Director of the Lost Mountain Middle School Jazz Ensemble and Co-Director of the Carlton J. Kell High School Jazz Ensemble where he directs and arranges music for both of the big bands as well as their jazz combo groups. Josh also works for the award-winning Carlton J. Kell High School Marching Band as a woodwind specialist. Inglis is also a member of the Modernaires, a big band comprised of instrumentalists in the Atlanta area. He is also the intern of the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra Jazz Ensemble. Professional associations include: Georgia Music Educators Association and National Association for Music Educators.
