Suzuki Violin Teacher for 12 years.

Teaches ages 3 – Adults

Teach basic violin position, Suzuki methods, note reading for more mature students, classical violin as well as fiddle pieces.

Attend many different performances to acquaint children with stage presence and performing skills. Performances are at diverse venues. (Marietta Blue Grass Festival, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, for elderly at Gardens at Town Lake, John C. Campbell folk school, Georgia Renaissance Festival, etc.)

Education:

Institute: Book 1, Book 2, Book 3 and the Practicum

(Each is a 5 day, 8 hour class) observed for 4 years. Over 150 hours of training with 250 hours of observation.

Celtic Cross (Irish, Scottish and Australian folk music)

New Southern Lace (Celtic Music, Old Time tunes, Gospel and Songs of the South)

Caven Girls (Celtic and Contemporary Music, Cast of Georgia Renaissance Fest. 2003)
